😟 PROBLEM
In a competitive legal tech market, our team was tasked with creating a point-of-view (POV) deck for the Ministry of Law as a pre-sales initiative. The goal was to showcase our digital transformation expertise and secure a new project for designing a collaborative platform for arbitration and mediation services.
As Design Lead, my role was to lead the creation of a comprehensive POV deck within a tight one-month timeframe. This involved understanding complex legal processes, collaborating with a Singapore team, and delivering a compelling narrative that would catalyze a strategy sprint with the client.

Team Dynamics: Being new to the company, I had to quickly adapt to and leverage team dynamics.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with a Singapore team added complexity to communication and coordination.
Stakeholder Management: The deck needed to go through multiple review rounds with leadership before submission
